From no clients to a €9K LinkedIn consulting deal
How Giorgio went from a vague coaching idea to a proven high-ticket offer, a clear client acquisition system, and 10× his investment, in under a year.
A strong foundation, but no commercial direction
When Giorgio started working with me in June 2025, he was making the leap from corporate consulting to solopreneurship. He had clear values, a natural ability to create content, and a real desire to build something of his own.
But the business didn't yet have a commercial edge. He was leaning toward mindset coaching, and while the intention was genuine, the offer was undefined, the audience was vague, and the pipeline was empty.

Moving from a broad idea to a sharp commercial position
The first phase of our work wasn't about content or tactics. It was about clarity. Who exactly are you helping? What problem are they already trying to solve? What's the offer, and how do you price it?
Together we shifted his direction from broad mindset coaching into LinkedIn consulting, a niche grounded in what the market was already signalling.
He helped me do the transition from my previous idea, which was about mindset coaching, to LinkedIn coaching.
That positioning shift was the foundation everything else was built on. Because a sharp offer to the right ICP beats a broad message to everyone. Every time.
He had me basically from the beginning to build an offer and really build clarity around my ICP.
The business infrastructure underneath the growth
Giorgio was already good at content. That wasn't the bottleneck. The real challenge was converting attention into conversations, and conversations into booked calls, without sounding forced or salesy.
Kevin helped me basically open and start conversations in the DMs without sounding salesy and to turn warm leads into conversations, into calls.

The first goal was concrete: sign three paying high-ticket clients. Not in theory. Actual clients, at €2–3K. By September 2025, Giorgio had hit that mark.
We had a goal to find my first three clients ever as a freelance. And those were three high-ticket clients and we achieved that.
But the work didn't stop there. Over the following months, Giorgio built out the infrastructure: the lead generation system, email list, lead magnets, structured campaigns, and LinkedIn Lives to capture and convert more demand.
In April 2026, he closed a €9,000 single deal. Since working together, he has 10× his investment. He's hired a VA, built a repeatable acquisition system, and evolved his positioning to helping coaches scale to €20–30K months.
